Application Analyst (iTrent)

Role Responsibility

The Role
We have a great opportunity for an Application Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting and developing the HR/Payroll System – iTrent. You will also be responsible for assisting the application roadmap to ensure Business requirements are met in line with best practise methodology which will include writing specifications, completing configuration, functional testing and overseeing the User Acceptance Testing.

Key Duties

  • Ensure iTrent is maintained to meet technical, security statutory and business requirements. Proactively monitoring supplier developments, industry changes and business strategy to ensure compliance and making recommendations as appropriate
  • Obtain formal agreement from stakeholders and recipients on the scope of the requirements and establish a base-line on which delivery of a solution can commence managing any changes to the base-line throughout the project
  • Produce business requirements, technical specifications and configuration documents, ensuring traceability back to source and working with stakeholder to manage scope and prioritise requirements
  • Design functional test cases and complex test scripts under own direction, mapping back to requirements and recording outcomes

What we need from you

  • Significant experience of delivering iTrent application support either operationally or functionally
  • Experience in system enhancement including requirement gathering, functionality and testing
  • Experience of mentoring and supervision of staff
  • Substantial experience of delivering iTrent implementation and enhancement projects
  • Knowledge of multi-partnership working
