Customer Retention Specialist
Our ICT, HR and Finance teams provide bespoke and tailored service solutions to customers across the UK including Health, Local Government, Education and the Private Sector. Our main office is based in Kingshill, although we fully embrace remote working.
We are looking for a dynamic, confident and experienced Customer Retention Specialist to ensure high rates of customer retention for Cantium customers through successful renewal of our customers’ contracts.
Working autonomously to build a strong relationship with key decision makers and understand the benefits of Cantium’s services you will be able to match these effectively to customer needs.
Secondment would be available for internal applicants.
