Finance Helpdesk Assistant
We have an opportunity for a Finance Helpdesk Assistant, working within the HR and Finance Operations Team, to support the delivery of our professional and high-quality service, targeting excellence in both performance and customer service.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills, to join our dedicated Helpdesk team, who has previous experience of working in a finance environment. In this role, you will provide first line support to our customers via phone, email and live chat and be required to receive and process customer payments, respond to customer invoice enquiries and make amendments to Financial data, in line with the appropriate procedures, regulations and standards.
We pride ourselves on providing a professional service to our customers, always complying with statutory and policy obligations, and we are looking for the right candidate to join our customer facing team.
You will have the support of a Customer Relationship Management system to plan and organise your workload ensuring that we deliver on our services with our agreed SLAs. You will also utilise a number of systems including Oracle and Worldpay.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy and fast paced environment, and gain knowledge of relevant legislation and statutory requirements.
You will receive a detailed induction and training programme, a support buddy, regular one-to-one meetings with your supervisor and have an on-going development plan.
