HR and Payroll Helpdesk Assistant

Role Responsibility

We have an opportunity for a Payroll Assistant on our HR Helpdesk, working within the HR Delivery Team, to support the delivery of our professional and high-quality service, targeting excellence in both performance and customer service.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills, to join our dedicated team, who has previous experience of working in a Payroll and HR environment, who can support us with our ever-growing customer base. In this role, you will provide first line support to our customers via phone, email and live chat on matters relating to Recruitment, Payroll and HR, as well as the provision of our Free School Meal Service.

We pride ourselves on providing a professional integrated HR, Payroll and Recruitment service to our customers, always complying with statutory and policy obligations, and we are looking for the right candidate to join our customer facing Helpdesk Team.

You will have the support of a Customer Relationship Management system to plan and organise your workload ensuring that we deliver on our services with our agreed SLAs. You will also utilise a number of systems including Oracle and ITrent Payroll systems and TribePad Recruitment system.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in busy and fast paced environment, and gain knowledge of relevant legislation surrounding Payroll and Employment Law.

You will receive a detailed induction and training programme, a support buddy, regular one-to-one meetings with your supervisor and have an on-going development plan.
