ICT Support Engineer
Cantium ICT are recruiting for an ICT Support Engineer within the End User Support Team. The team provide face to face and remote desktop support to customers across Kent
You will have a good understanding of Microsoft technologies, desktop PCs, laptops and networking. You will demonstrate a passion for delivering excellent customer service, alongside the ability to learn new technologies quickly and be able to work at pace while maintaining accuracy. As well as being organised and motivated, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to where and when you work.
IT qualifications and/or experience of providing IT support are beneficial.
