Internal ICT Recruiter

Role Responsibility

We are looking for a dynamic, confident and experienced ICT recruiter. This newly created position will play a pivotal role within our Recruitment team which is undergoing a period of transformation, to enable us to meet our growing business needs, to attract and recruit the best candidates to deliver our business plan.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to be part of a team at the forefront of the business and use their expertise to help develop and drive the ICT recruitment function within a fast, connected, insight driven, customer-led and people focused organisation.

Part time working will be considered for the right person.

Your responsibilities will include working in close partnership with hiring managers to create job descriptions, adverts and recruitment campaigns whilst ensuring a first-class candidate experience.  You will also have the opportunity to develop key metrics, agree your own success criteria, and provide coaching and training in best practice recruitment and interviewing techniques.  For more details please look at the job description attached to this advert.

Underpinning your recruitment expertise is an excellent understanding and knowledge of ICT roles and the ICT job market, who to recruit, when and where from!
