Payments Assistant

Role Responsibility

You will be part of a busy finance team, processing a wide range of payments to a number of customers, and we are looking for three enthusiastic individuals to join us.

As a Payments Assistant you will be responsible for maintaining accurate payment records and processing the payment of regular and ad hoc invoices and requests.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have previous experience of working within a finance function, using databases and payment systems.

You will be someone who works well as part of a team to achieve targets, can deliver excellent customer service, and have the ability to communicate with a range of people both by telephone and in writing.
