We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Recruitment Team, to provide an effective and comprehensive service to assist in the delivery of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring high levels of customer service and a timely delivery.
You will need excellent communication skills as you will be required to work closely with recruiting managers, guiding them through the recruitment journey including giving advice on recruitment best practice and employment legislation. Your ability to carry out tasks with a customer focus approach and organise your own workload whilst working towards tight deadlines are all skills required to succeed in this role.
